Research-Use Policy
Vitro Labs supplies analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials to qualified research customers. Materials are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, analytical method development, identity verification, and laboratory evaluation. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration.
Qualified Research Customer Policy
Access to the Vitro Labs catalog and the ability to place a research order require an account. By registering and by purchasing, the customer represents and warrants that they are at least 21 years of age and are a qualified research professional, or are otherwise affiliated with a laboratory, academic institution, university, or research-based facility that lawfully uses reference materials for in-vitro investigation.
Prohibited Use
All materials are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not to be ingested, injected, inhaled, absorbed, administered, or introduced into any living organism by any means, for any purpose, under any circumstances. Vitro Labs will not provide, and it is a violation of these terms to request, any guidance on reconstitution, dilution, dosing, combination, cycling, or administration for use in or on a living organism. Vitro Labs reserves the right to cancel any order it believes is intended for a non-compliant use.
Documentation Standards
Each batch ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis from an independent analytical laboratory. Identity and purity are verified per batch by HPLC and mass spectrometry. Lot-level documentation is available to registered research customers.
Restricted-Product Policy
Vitro Labs does not supply products for human or animal use in any dosage form. The catalog is limited to lyophilized reference materials in vials. Vitro Labs does not supply SARMs, erectile-dysfunction compounds, oral supplements, capsules, tablets, gummies, or injection supplies, and does not present any material with consumer, therapeutic, weight-management, or performance framing.
Regulatory Position
Vitro Labs is a chemical supplier. Vitro Labs is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B.
